Johannes Simonides
Als Senkrechtsstarter in der Weinbranche, seit 2012 erfolgreicher Winzer in Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel, verfügt mittlerweile über ein vielfältiges regionaltypisches Weinsortiment.
Die Hauptsorte ist der Grüne Veltliner. Im Rotweinbereich werden die besten Trauben von Merlot und Zweigelt verarbeitet. Er bewirtschaftet mit seiner Familie sehr schöne Lagen in und rund um Wolkersdorf.
"Die Qualität beginnt am Rebstock" ist die Devise und "Man muß dem Wein Zeit zum Reifen lassen". Dazwischen liegt, im Einklang mit der Natur, die Arbeit im Weingarten, die leidenschaftlich durch „Handarbeit" getan wird. Beste Qualität ins Glas zu bekommen ist das Ziel!
